Sorry. This website was built a long time ago and there are currently no plans to make it iPhone friendly.

I recommend that you try and use your mate's Android handset while you're out until you switch ;)

Yet another problem with Orange mail and the fsnet.co.uk address. When will Orange stop blaming everybody else and fix the problem!
Still cant send or receive any messages via outlook but other email software is unaffected.

I've had the same problem sending messages from my freeserve address. I'm using MS Outlook with a Sky broadband service

Here's what worked for me:
Choose tools/E-mail Accounts/view or change existing accounts. Highlight your account and choose "change...."
In the e-mail account settings - I left the user info with my freeserve address
changed the log on information to my sky logon e-mail address and password
left the pop server as pop.freeserve.co.uk and changed the smtp server to smtp.sky.tools.com
In "More Settings...", on the Outgoing Server tab, I checked the box to say my smtp server requires authentication
I and checked the box for "log on using..." and entered my sky log on e-mail address and password
In the Advanced tab, I set the pop port to 110 and left the SSL box blank. For the smtp port, checked the SSL box and put in port 465.

I can finally stop hitting my head off the wall.

Have bought a Blackberry from Orange and whilst it will send and recieve e-mail on a Blackberry address that was set up by Technical Support to prove that the device worked in this mode, I am unable to receive e-mails sent to a Freeserve address even though I can send on this address via the Blackberry.

I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with many technical support departments in Blackberry Orange, Freeserve and Mobile Support and met with 60 degree sloping shoulders in all departments. Whilst individually they are very personable, technically they are vacant. They are clearly not fit for function.

But has anyone found a solution to this problem?

I have had to leave Orange home, after being told I needed a contract to keep my address live I now find thats not true. However I can receive e-mails and spam but not send any. What settings should I have in the accounts to get this working. I am extremely Anry at the way Orange have operated with regard to my account ie:- (1) telling me I needed an acount when I didn't (2) that I had to have an 18 month account when they only set up a 12 month one (3) it does n't work any way. I have therefore payed £360 for something I didn't have. I look forward to your help ( in English please )

I've had the same problem and only been with orange broadband for a couple of weeks!!!!
. Changed the smtp settings to smtp.wanadoo.co.uk and the time out to 2 1/2 minutes. Seems to be sending ok at the moment. Be interesting to see if anybody else has any luck with that as Orange customer service are worse than useless and say they can't be responsible for third party software i.e Microsoft Outlook!!!!!!!

Eileen,

You are not alone with this problem, I have been having problems for over a week and despite several emails to Orange they still keep trying to blame Microsoft, firewall and virus software.

The problem does seem to be limited to sending & receiving Orange / Freeserve / Fsnet addresses. From what I have been able to determine I cannot send or receive any mail from "Orange" email addresses yet all other email is unaffected.

I did notice that the "Envelope-to" in the headers of the mail that will not download all have "fu3000000000000000000330075@0110.back3c-mail02-01.me-wanadoo.net" rather than my email address.
