We work in conjunction with Consultants and contractors to project manage, produce CAD design, co-ordinate drawings and documents of technical and Electrical / mechanical services, with solutions to meet client’s exact needs, for newly built as well as refurbished Projects within the commercial sector. |

A team of experienced professionals with over 70 years of experience between them in the Electrical/Mechanical Building Services, Audio Visual, Consultancy, Contractual and Project Management sector, have been brought together with a myriad of skills to Design, Implement, Advise and Assist Electrical / Mechanical Consultants, Contractors and Architects. Our services are also available to equipment manufacturers that are seeking assistance in these areas.

| Objectives
We are aware that over the years project costs have risen but completion time has fallen, which is dictated by commercial and economic pressures. This in turn puts financial pressures on companies to achieve their goals.
Due to these constraints our experience can be used for undertaking the control of procedures, ie; risk assessments, value engineering, problem solving and anticipation. We have worked in many situations where contractors have taken on projects where the designs are not fully complete and the interpretation was outside of the contractors understanding. Due to our experience and knowledge base, we were able to utilise our resources and achieve the correct interpretation of clients' requirements which enabled contractors to achieve their project goals with time and cost savings.

Contracting Services
We offer a Complete Contracting, Drawing and Co-ordination, Procurement and Project Management for Audio Visual, Multi media systems and Electrical/Mechanical installation.
- Initial site visits and meetings to discuss the technical and aesthetic requirements of the project with the client and or contractor.

Undertake design reviews in order to satisfy the client / contractor that the work meets their requirements.

Provision of fully coordinated CAD drawings with other services for approval and installation by designated subcontractor.

Attend all necessary meetings to achieve Project objectives.

On going Site attendance for installation supervision purposes and consultation.

On completion of project produce record drawings and O & M’s if required.

Consultancy Services
We offer a Complete Consultancy, Costing, System Designing, Procurement and Project Management for Audio Visual, Multi media and Electrical/Mechanical systems installation and commissioning
- Visits and meetings to discuss the technical and aesthetic requirements of the project with the client, Architects and contractor
- Provision of conceptual CAD drawings for tender documents.
- Provision of detailed specification to meet clients requirements for tendering purposes
- Provision of programme of works to be carried out by Contractor
- Examination of tenders for compliancy and pricing
- Examination of tendering company’s background and previous projects
- Recommendation of suitable tendering Contractors to Client
- Examination of drawings for approval according to latest regulations and standards
- Periodic site visits to liaise / oversee contractor progress
- Examination of manuals and CAD drawings for presentation to Client before commissioning
- Testing of all signal lines and reporting any snags
- Final Commissioning Audio Visual systems
- Handover to Client.

The BBC is spending £400m on redeveloping Broadcasting House to transform it into a 21st century centre for the World Service, BBC Radio, Music and TV News. To cope with the rapid evolution of media production processes.
